Papparazo Sues Lohan

Lindsay Lohan is being sued for an undisclosed amount by freelance paparazzi Giovanni Arnold, who claims to gave suffered "severe and permanent" injuries to his knees when the 'Mean Girls' actress hit him with her mum's BMW.

According to NY Post, Lindsay's mother Dina is also named in the suit. At the time of the incident, Lindsay told cops she was pulling up to a hotel at 3 a.m. trying to avoid the paparazzi when Arnold jamp on the hood. The incident took place in New York on March 13.
