Apparently this is Marcia Valentine, the woman who tried to kill Sandra Bullocks's husband, Jesse James .

Woman Tried To Kill Sandra Bullock's Husband

A woman tried to kill Sandra Bullock's husband, Jesse James, on Sunday morning outside the couples Southern California home, reports People.

Orange County sheriff's spokesman said, "At around 10:40 a.m. James found the suspect, Marcia Valentine, lying on their driveway. He told her to leave, but instead she got into her 2004 silver Mercedes and tried to run him over three to four times... Valentine tried to kill him."

Bullock, 42, and James's 10-year-old son, Jesse Jr, witnessed the attack.

After the attack on James, 38, Valentine fled the scene. However, the following day, just before 10 a.m., an officer recognized her car and arrested her for assault with a deadly weapon. She has since posted $25,000 bail, and is due in court on May 22.

Bullock's rep said both "James and Bullock are fine."

Valentine, 46, has stalked Bullock in the past.

Sandra Wants A Real Nip/Tuck

Sandra Bullock has told Julian McMahon she would like a cameo role on his hit TV show Nip/Tuck, in the hope that a real nip/tuck is thrown in.

Pointing to her breasts, she said: "I told Julian that I would like to guest on the last ever ‘Nip/Tuck’ and have a complete overhaul starting with these. It would be a lot of fun and hopefully I’d get it for free."
