Due to overcrowding in Los Angeles' prisons, Paris may end up in Arizona's tough Tent City.
Its boss Joe Arpaio, self-proclaimed toughest sheriff in America, requires inmates to wear striped uniforms and pink underwear as they work in the sun. He says his offer to house Hilton, 26, is being "seriously considered."
Meanwhile Hilton's psychiatrist says she is "too traumatised" to testify at a libel trial. Actress Zeta Graff is suing, claiming Paris lied about her stalking the heiress.
