Former 'Charmed' actress Rose McGowan recently said that she had to have plastic surgery after a piece of glass cut the bottom of her eye open in a car accident. She said that is the only reason why she had plastic surgery. But it looks like Rose has had a lot more done.She doesn't look as good as she used to.
