This is believed, to be the last picture taken of Anna Nicole Smith at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
Anna had been transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood just after 2:00 PM EST and died around 3:45 PM EST reports Gone Hollywood.
