Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead were in a battle to determine who was the father of Anna Nicole’s daughter Dannielynn. It turned out that Larry was the daddy.

Now a new tell-all about Anna Nicole Smith alleges that Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead were secret gay lovers.

In the book, "Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death", Jackie Hatten, described as a friend of Anna Nicole's, claims she found Stern and Birkhead with their shirts off and pants around their ankles, engaged in oral sex.

The book is from former MSNBC journalist Rita Cosby.

Both Birkhead and Stern deny all of Cosby's accusations. Birkhead said, "If she printed that, then she is really getting sued."

Ricki Lake Is Popular Again

This issue of Us Weekley, which has Ricki Lake in a swimsuit on the cover was the third most popular story on the mag's website ever -- behind only Britney Spears shaving her head and the death of Anna Nicole Smith.

She tells Usmagazine.com, "I f--king love the cover! It's amazing!"

TMZ also reports that when Ricki appeared on 'The View' everybody complimented her on her figure. This led to three weekly glossies offereing her covers within 48 hours. But Us Weekely got Ricki in the end.

Birkhead Signed Secret Deal

Wondering why NBC has been getting all the exclusives with Larry Birkhead?

Well, PageSix reports that Larry signed a secret $1 million deal shortly after Anna Nicole Smith's funeral.

A rep for Bravo confirmed , "NBC Universal has an exclusive contract with Larry Birkhead and we don't discuss the terms of our deals."

Although the deal could almost be over, NBC will be getting one more scoop. As Birkhead and Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead return from Bahamas to Los Angeles, he will be giving an interview which may also involve Howard K. Stern .

Anna Niocle Smith: The Movie

Singer Willa Ford is set to take on the role of the late Anna Nicole Smith in a film about the former Playboy Playmate.

The film will cover Anna's life including her marriage to billionaire oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II.

Anna's Baby's Paternity Settled

Anna Nicole Smith's former boyfriend Larry Birkhead has been named as the father of her baby daughter.

DNA test results released by a court in the Bahamas confirm that the 34-year-old photographer is the father of eight-month-old Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern.

Anna's laywyer partner Howard K Stern was named as the baby's father on her birth certificate. Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband Prince Frederick von Anhalt had also claimed parentage.

Birkhead said: "I hate to be the one to tell you this but, I told you so. Nothing's really determined except parentage and I'm the father."

Cause Of Anna Nicole's Death

The official cause of Anna Nicole Smith’s death has been revealed. Anna died from an accidental overdose according to the Florida medical examiner.

Seminole Police Chief Charlie Tiger announced that he “found no evidence of illegal drugs” in her room and "found nothing to indicate foul play.”

"This case is an accidental overdose with no other criminal elements present," he added.

He also revealed that the Anna Nicole Smith case is now closed.

DNA Done; Father Of Anna's Baby Should Be Revealed Soon
DNA samples of Dannielynn and Larry Birkhead have been taken, reports TMZ.

Prince Frederic Von Anhalt hopes to prove that he is Dannielynn's father, so he has supplied his own samaple, in case it is needed.

Howard K. Stern's DNA was not taken because by law there is a presumption that he's the father since he's listed as such on the birth certificate.


What Killed Anna?

A news conference will be held on Monday to reveal what led to the death of Anna Nicole Smith.

A spokesperson for the Seminole Police Department said that the findings at Monday's news conference "are going to be a significant announcement."

It was also revealed that Seminole Police, the State Attorney and the Medical Examiner have been closely working together, and "it continues to be a non-criminal, unexplained death investigation."

Was Anna Nicole Smith Murdered?

Dramatic new evidence has sparked fears Anna Nicole was murdered, reports The Mirror. The 36-year-old died in bed of a pills overdose, prompting a raft of conspiracy theories that she was killed by someone else.

Police called the new evidence "significant" and the coroner investigating Anna Nicole's death has put off announcing his results until it is fully probed.

Medical examiner Dr Joshua Perper said: "This was unexpected. But this case has more turns than anything I could have imagined." Dr Perper said he met with a police chief on Wednesday when he was told there was new evidence. He added: "We exchanged information. They informed us about additional pieces of evidence that they have obtained." A police spokesman said: "This is not delayed evidence, this is additional evidence that has come to light during the course of the investigation."

The evidence is being kept strictly confidential.

It comes as her bodyguard Maurice Brighthaupt, who was with her the day she died, claimed her boyfriend Howard K Stern had been acting "highly strange" hours before she collapsed in a Florida hotel room last month.

Anna Nicole was found dead in the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood.
Bodyguard Mr Brighthaupt told police she was "in a cloud", and was on "heavy doses" of prescription drugs when she died, including antibiotics. He is also believed to have said her lover Stern gave her "some types of drugs" in the months leading to her collapse.

Anna Nicole's family has publicly blamed Stern for her death. Her mum Virgie Arthur suggested it was him who fed her a cocktail of prescription drugs. But during an earlier court case his lawyer strenuously denied he killed Anna.

Simpson's "Slow Moving Sperm" Could Make Him Danielynn's Father

O.J. Simpson has revealed he could be the father of Anna Nicole-Smith's daughter Danielynn.

The former American footballer has told his friend Norman Pardo that he is a likely contender as the mystery over the child's paternity continues.

Pardo revealed "(Simpson) said he was throwing his hat into the ring."

"He said he knew Anna Nicole pretty well, and he said he had slow-moving sperm, and he might be the father."

However, Simpson is worried about the possible consequences of being named as Danielynn's father, as he is currently in a legal wrangle with Fred Goldman. Goldman won a civil suit concerning the murder of his son Ron, as well as Simpson's own wife Nicole.

Nardo quotes Simpson as saying: "I hope they don't do a DNA test on Anna Nicole's baby. If they find out Danielynn is mine, I don't want Fred Goldman trying to seize her money - or the baby herself."

Anna Finally Laid To Rest

Anna Nicole Smith's closest friends and family paid their last respects to the former Playboy Playmate in a private ceremony at Mount Horeb Baptist Church in Nassau earlier today, reports TMZ.

Anna Nicole Smith will be buried next to her son today after a "very pink" funeral, reports The Mirror.

The service for the ex-Playboy model in the Bahamas will be "over the top and beautiful", said organizer Patrik Simpson.

She will be buried in a specially designed dress next to 20-year-old Daniel in Nassau.

He died of a drugs overdose while visiting Anna after she gave birth to daughter Dannielynn last September.

Her death sparked a row over where she should be buried. A court ruled in boyfriend Howard K. Stern's favour over the burial. He said: "Anna is coming home, where she wanted to be."

Anna's Former Lesbian Lover Speaks Out

Sandi Powledge tells the New York Daily News that she was dumped by Anna Nicole Smith right before she married oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall.

Powledge claims she had a three-year fling with Anna after meeting her in a Houston gay bar in 1991, and it was obvious that Smith already had a drug problem.

Sandi says "I'd say, 'Can't we just have a night without it?' She'd say, 'Yeah.' But as the night wore on, I could always tell by her slur or the look on her face" that she had taken something.

After Anna dumped Sandi, they never saw each other again, and Powledge never got over the loss. "It hurts me," she says. "I don't know who was there in the end who really loved her."

Anna To Be Buried In Bahamas

A US judge wept yesterday as he ruled the guardian of Anna Nicole Smith's baby girl should decide where to bury her, reports The Mirror.

Anna's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, wanted her buried in her native Texas, while boyfriend Howard K Stern wanted her laid to rest in the Bahamas with late son Daniel.

The judge who was upset wept as he explained his decision. He said: "I want her to be buried with her son in the Bahamas. I want them to be together."

Stern Accuesd Of Killing Anna Nicole

Anna Nicole Smith’s lover - Stern - was accused of killing her in court yesterday, reports The Sun.

It all took place during a hearing to decide where the former Playboy model should be buried.

Debra Opri, lawyer for lover Howard K Stern’s rival Larry Birkhead, was seen making the sharp accusation to Stern as the two parties sat next to each other.

Stern’s lawyer complained to the judge saying it was "unacceptable" that "Miss Opri did make a statement to my client that he killed Miss Smith".
The judge warned both sides not to make unfounded claims.

Opri had earlier claimed Anna Nicole had died because of the "lifestyle" she shared with Stern.

But Stern told the court in Florida, Anna Nicole had "emotionally died" after the death of her son Daniel in her hospital room last year.

But Birkhead has teamed up with Anna Nicole’s mother Virgie Arthur to demand the star is buried in Texas where she was raised. Anna Nicole’s dad Donald Hogan was also there in court.

Last night medical examiner Joshua Perper telephoned the court to tell the judge Anna Nicole’s embalmed body was deteriorating faster than expected. Stern started sobbing loudly in the witness stand. And a video clip showing confused Anna Nicole slurring and appearing to be on drugs emerged yesterday. She wears clown face paint and plays with a dolls pram in the footage shot by Stern when she was eight months pregnant.

Stern and Birkhead both claim to be the dad of Anna Nicole’s five-month-old baby Dannielynn. That will also be decided by the courts.

Her birth certificate names Stern as the father, but Birkhead and Frederic von Anhalt, the husband of actress Zsa Zsa Gabor, have filed separate paternity challenges. Dannielynn could inherit £240million from Anna Nicole’s marriage to J. Howard Marshall II.

Chyna Doll Stalking Anna?

Actress Joanie Laurer (aka Chyna Doll/Chyna) and Monique Goen, wife of TRIMSPA CEO Alex Goen, went head to head on CNN's Larry King Live over the death of Anna Nicole, reports TMZ.

In the live interview, an upset Chyna Doll told King she "saw this coming" and that she felt sorry for her friend Anna Nicole Smith because people often made fun of her.

Chyna said that she was often invited by Anna "to come over and hang out at the pool."

Goen however, claimed that Chyna was not a friend of Anna's, and was using her tragic death to put herself in the limelight, to which Laurer replied that she didn't need the publicity because, she "gets her own"

Goen says Anna called Chyna "a stalker" and said that she was not friends with her. Chyna retorted that Goen needed "to go run out and get some TRIMSPA."

Cause Of Death Unknown

A post-mortem examination has failed to find what caused the Anna's death on Thursday reports The BBC. However, medical examiner Joseph Perper said he had not ruled out an overdose as a cause, and was waiting for the results of chemical analysis.

There was "no evidence" to suggest that Ms Smith's death was the result of a crime, a police spokesman said, adding the inquiry would remain open until medical tests were complete.

Anna died only five months after the birth of her daughter, Dannielynn.

Three men are now claiming to be the father of the child, who is potentially heir to a multi-million dollar fortune.

Her partner and lawyer, Howard K Stern; ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead; and Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband, Prince Frederick von Anhalt, say they may be the father.

Anna married Texas oil billionaire J Howard Marshall II in 1994 after being named Playboy's Playmate of the Year. She was 26 and he was 89.

He died 14 months later, Anna and Mr Marshall's family battled over his estate. The case has not yet been resolved, even though Mr Marshall's son died last year.

Anna's son Daniel died in September.

Anna said her lawyer and partner, Howard K Stern, was the father, but ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead was demanding DNA testing before Anna died.

The husband of Zsa Zsa Gabor, Prince Frederick von Anhalt, also says he may be the father.
A judge has ordered that Ms Smith's body be preserved until a paternity hearing later this month.
