Ryan Seeks Joint Custody Of Kids With Reese

Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe are set for a custody battle over their two children, according to reports.

Reese filed a divorce petition in November requesting primary custody of Ava, seven, and three-year-old Deacon. But now Ryan has filed a response seeking joint custody of their children.

According to E! News, Ryan requested for visitation rights to be "equally allocated."

Ryan, 32 has not requested any spousal support from Reese - one of the highest paid actresses in Hollywood.

The couple married in 1999 and no pre-nup was signed which means that Ryan is legally entitled to 50% of Reese's fortune.

Apparently both parties agreed that their marriage brokedown due to "irreconcilable differences."

Resse Snaps At The Paps

Reese Witherspoon didn't look too happy when the paps followed her while she was shopping with her kids, Ava and Deacon.
It looks like Ava has also had enough of being stalked by the paps as she shields her eyes.

Star Magazine claims that Scarlett Johansson has been secretly dating Ryan Phillipe.

The two were seen together at the Parc but then kept their distance.
They left seperately, but apparently got together later.

Reese Backs Out

Reese Witherspoon has backed out of a big movie in which she was supposed to produce and starin, reports TMZ.

Reports circulated that Witherspoon did not feel emotionally invested in the film, that her psyche was fragile after her divorce from Ryan Phillippe.

But a Hollywood source tells TMZ the problem had nothing to do with emotions. Reese signed onto the project after being presented with a draft script. Last week, she received what she thought would be a completed script, but it turned out to be 80 pages that had major sections of the movie outlined but not written.

The movie, "Bunny Lake Is Missing," was to be a remake of Otto Preminger's 1965 film about a woman whose daughter disappears from a nursery school. Cops then try to convince the woman that her daughter was a figment of her imagination.

OK! magazine reports that, Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal have been spotted hopping in and out of each other's homes AND hotel rooms.

Reese, who separated from husband Ryan Phillippe on October 30, is seen in this photo taken two weeks later, laughing and playing with Jake.

Reese is not pregnant, it's part of the movie 'Rendition' that Jake & her are starring in.
By the way, she's not pregnant -- it's part of the movie.

Ryan Is No Villain

Actor Ryan Phillipe has revealed that he has had enough of being portrayed as the villain in stories about his break-up from Reese Witherspoon.

The actor explained that, while he is "not a perfect person", reports about his partying and flirting are untrue.

He told People Magazine "I'm not guilty of a lot of things I have been accused of."

"My priority is and always has been the health and safety of my family."

He split up with Reese Witherspoon after seven years of marriage in October.
