According to a source close to the production crew, Marilyn Manson and Evan Rachel Wood chose fake blood but real sex.

Radar reports, While shooting the video for ‘Heart Shaped Glasses’ Manson and his girlfriend - Wood - apparently did the deed 3 times for the cameras.

The source added that Manson might deny having sex for real because, “the Christian parents will be sharpening their steak knives for him.”
