Duff & Lavigne Still Feuding

Hilary Duff and Avril Lavigne have continued their public feud, according to sources. I never even knew that the pair had beef!

The pair attended the Maxim Hot 100 party this week, and deliberately scheduled their arrival times to avoid each other. However, by coincidence the two arrived at almost identical times, leading to mutual unhappiness.

Witnesses at the party claim the pair spent the evening bitching about each other, and continuously threatened to leave the event unless the other went home.

Sources noticed a "definite tension" throughout the night, and one added that Lavigne was so angry that her behaviour was "driving everyone crazy."

The 'Girlfriend' singer told Townsville Bulletin, “She has paparazzi at her house every day. Then she does things that are crazy, so everyone talks about it.”

Avril Lavigne has hit out at Britney Spears— for being too weak to cope with fame, reports The Sun.

Avril, 22, said: “What’s happened to Britney is all down to who she is as a person. If you want a piece of this business you have to be able to deal with it."

“You can’t complain about the pressures, the paparazzi, the madness because that’s the job.”

Avril says while she likes drinking, she can handle it and “no one really gets to know”.

Avril Dragged Out By Bodyguard

Stunned diners at the Hard Rock Cafe looked on as Avril Lavigne was dragged out of the restaurant during a meal with friends, reports The Sun.

On Wednesday night the singer was involved in a bust-up with her bodyguard after agreeing to pose for a photograph with a fan.

A fellow diner said: “Avril was just having a quiet dinner with friends when a man came over to ask for a picture.

“She seemed very happy and duly obliged. Seconds later her bodyguard came storming over and said he had to ask his permission."

“Avril looked very embarrassed and said everything was fine but the bouncer wasn’t having any of it. He grabbed her by the arm and dragged her out of the restaurant."

“I felt very sorry for Avril.”
