Singer Amy Winehouse has been arrested after police were handed a video which allegedly showed her taking drugs, reports BBC.The 24-year-old is being questioned by police her spokesman said.
A Metropolitan Police (Met) spokesman said the arrest was in connection with a video of the star passed to them earlier this year - on 22 January, The Sun published pictures allegedly showing the star smoking crack cocaine and foptage was passed onto the police.
Winehouse's spokesman said in a statement, "Amy Winehouse voluntarily attended a London police station today by appointment.!
"She was arrested in order to be interviewed and is co-operating fully with inquiries."
