An attorney for actress Vivica A. Fox pleaded not guilty to charges that Vivica was drink-driving.The Kill Bill actress was not in court herself. Prosecutors charged Fox with one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving over the legal limit of .08, reports TMZ. When cops pulled her over last March she blew .09 and failed the breath test.
She is due back in court on October 29.
