Garrison In The Slammer For [Just] 90 Days

Prison Break actor Lane Garrison was told by a judge that he will be in prison for 90 days reports TMZ. The picture on the right is his booking photo when he was taken into L.A. County Sheriff's custody.

Garrison pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter, drunken driving, and providing alcohol to a minor accoring to reports.

Garrison was driving a car in December 2006 while he was drunk. As a result of this a passanger in his car - a 17 year-old High school student - died. Two teenage girls were also injured.
