Foxy Brown turned herself into New York police because she assaulted her neighbour with a mobile phone last month.The 'Chyna Doll' rapper was charged with felony assault, menacing, harassment and criminal possession of a weapon, according to authorities reports Digital Spy.
Foxy, 27, hit her neighbour with a Blackberry according to TMZ.
She is due to appear in court on September 26.
Earlier this Foxy - real name Inga Marchand - she was also charged with assault at a beauty store in Florida.
