Paris To Be Put In Special Needs Unit

Paris Hilton will spend her 45-day prison sentence in a "special needs" unit to keep her safe.

She will be put in a special section of the Century Regional Detention Facility in California, where she will be kept away from more dangerous offenders who may pose a threat.

A spokesman for the Los Angeles County sheriff, said she would spend her time in a shared cell, measuring 8ft by 12ft, and only be allowed out for one hour a day.

He told The Sun, “She’s going to be assigned a two-person cell in an area for inmates with special needs, and she most likely will have another inmate in the cell with her.”

Apparently Paris has received threats from people claiming to be inmates and the heiress is said to be scared.

A pal said, “One person wrote she is going to steal Paris’s shoes — and if she argues, she’ll be beaten to a pulp. It's horrifying. Paris is distraught. She can’t eat, she can’t sleep, she’s terrified. This is a nightmare."

She received the sentence for driving while banned, but is planning to appeal.
