Heather Mills has turned down the chance to take part in Celebrity Big Brother, reports Mirror.It was believed that producers were keen to sign her up and Mills was in agreement.
But her spokesman said: "People have been wishing her luck on Celebrity Big Brother when she is out with her daughter and she feels it's unfair the public have been misled."
"She is hoping this will end the speculation."
