Emmerdale actor Ben Freeman has failed to get a rape charge dropped, reports The Mirror.A magistrate in Barbados rejected lawyers' claims there was not enough evidence for a trial. Freeman, 26, will now have to face his 16-year-old alleged victim in court. He claims she consented to sex on a hotel sun lounger. The case was adjourned until Thursday.
