Nicole Richie was to the hospital on Friday after feeling ill while filming The Simple Life, reports E!Nicole was treated for dehydration.
She was examined by a doctor on set and then taken to a nearby hospital for some intravenous fluids. She was released after 15 minutes.
A rep for Nicole said: "Nicole is home resting and will return to work this evening. We are proud of the weight that Nicole is gaining and her focus on her health."
