Madonna has taken her son David for a drive, with him on her lap.The singer was pictured in her Escalade ESV holding 17-month-old David on her lap.
There was no child seat in the vehicle which is required by law.
A source told Us Weekly magazine: "There was no car seat. She sat in the middle row, and they left with David on her lap."
Madonna adopted David Banda from Malawi.
