Amy Winehouse Admits To Self Harm

Amy Winehouse has admitted that she did cut herself when she was younger, to Q Magazine.

She says: "It's a funny thing, a morbid curiosity. I'm talking about when I was nine. What does that feel like? 'Ow, that f*****g hurts.' It's probably the worst thing I've done."

She also confesses that she still suffers bouts of depression - and ends up "slapping herself".

"Not punching myself in the face, but slapping," she says. "I drank a whole bottle of champagne and then just got depressed. I didn't feel like I looked good. And I'm quite self-destructive when I'm drunk."

Amy also admits she found the pain of having 13 tattoos "relieving". She said: "It's a way of suffering for the things that mean a lot to you. Actually I like the pain. To me, it relieves you."

Amy is also back with chef boyfriend Alex Claire after splitting earlier this month, reports Mirror.

The split led to a distraught Amy going on a booze bender and cancelling two gigs.
