Britney Spears is back in rehab for the third time, reports Hollyscoop.comThe emergency custody hearing that was due to take place today has been cancelled because of this.
Kevin is very concerned for Britney and wants her to get all the help she needs. He reportedly told her that this is her last chance and if she does not go through with the full treatement he will immediately go to court seeking full custody of the children.
Britney is also reportedly not speaking to her mother who has joined forces with Kevin for the sake of the children.
Spears turned up K-Fed's house last night and was seen trying to buzz in but Kevin, who was inside with the kids. He refused to let her in, which lead to an upset Britney snapping at the paparazzi.
Spears is back at Promises and has entered a 28 day program but the entire treatment could take anywhere between 30 to 45 days. If she stays there that is.
