Kate (Eva Longoria Parker) and Henry (Paul Rudd) were to be married but Kate meets a tragic end when a sculpture falls on her. Henry's sister Chloe convinces him to go to a psychic named Ashley to help him get over Kate's death. Henry and Ashley eventually fall for each other but Kate returns as a ghost and hopes to sabotage the relationship.

The film also stars Lindsay Sloane, Lake Bell and Jason Biggs (of American Pie fame).
Over Her Dead Body is scheduled to be released in the UK on 1st February.
