Nicole Kidman and her husband of 18 months have confirmed they are expecting their first child.The Oscar-winning actress and her husband, country singer Keith Urban, are said to be "thrilled" at the news.
Kidman aloready has two adopted children - when she was married to Tom Cruise. It was also revealed in the past that Nicole miscarried Cruise's child while the pair were together.
