Britney's Visits With Kids Stopped

Britney Spears was been told she may not visit her two children until she complies with court orders, a Los Angeles judge has ruled.

The 25-year-old had been granted monitored visits after losing custody to ex-husband Kevin Federline.

But after an emergency hearing on Wednesday, the judge said the visits had been halted "pending Ms Spears' compliance with the court orders".

It is unknown what Britney has failed to do, reports BBC.

Another hearing will take place later this month.

Cowell Angry With BBC

Staff on The X Factor have vowed to hit back at the BBC after they accused the corporation of using dirty tricks to up the profile of Strictly Come Dancing.

X-Factor judge Simon Cowell was livid after the BBC revealed the 12 final acts on the web – 24 hours before the show was broadcast earlier this month.

According to the Daily Star insiders on the X Factor are planning to get even by revealing who gets booted off rival show Strictly Come Dancing before it is shown on Sundays.

Cowell admitted he was fuming, he said, "We pay their wages through the BBC licence fee. We do not pay them to ruin people's enjoyment of TV shows. It's incredibly stupid."

X Factor bosses contacted the BBC to complain who then deleted the leaked details from its website after saying the leak was done "in error."

FYI Those Houses Were Not Theirs

Louis Walsh has admitted that the 'judges' houses' that were shown on The X Factor were not really theirs, reports Digital Spy.

When the X Factor contestants travelled to four different places to find out if they will get through to the next round we assumed that the judges took the wannabes to their respective houses.

The groups visited Simon Cowell in Marbella, the boys went to see Dannii Minogue in Ibiza, the girls flew to Los Angeles to meet Sharon Osbourne, while the Over-25s were taken to Dublin by Louis Walsh.

But Walsh revealed on the Graham Norton Show that the houses featured did not belong to any of the judges.

He said, "That wasn't my house. That wasn't Sharon's house or Dannii's house or Simon's house either.

"Sharon sold her house to Christina Aguilera, so that was a rented house. Mine was a rented house. I wouldn't have had all that rubbish in my house - the stuff on the walls and the lights and all that."

A spokesperson for the ITV show said: "The contestants are invited to a house. We call them the judges' houses, not the judges' homes.”

"We have never said they are the judges' real homes and it has been this way for the past four years."

Spice Girls To Appear In Tesco Ads

The Spice Girls will star in a new TV ad for Tesco.

Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell, Mel B, Mel C and Victoria Beckham will pocket £1 million...each!

The commercial will air shortly after their greatest hits album is released on November 12.

A source told The Mirror, "Tesco is one of the tour sponsors and has been desperate to get them in an advert. They will be sending themselves up... viewers should find it funny."

T.I Arrested - Home Searched

T.I has been arrested. The rapper, real name is Clifford Joseph Harris Jr, was arrested this afternoon at him home in Atlanta.

He was taken into custody while Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearm and U.S. Marshalls searched his home, reports MyFoxAtlanta.

BBC reports that the 27-year-old was arrested in a city car park on suspicion of collecting machine guns and silencers bought for him by his bodyguard.

T.I won two awards at the BET Hip-Hop Awards, but he missed the show as he was arrested two hoours before the ceremony. He was also due to perform, but didn't.

Britney Gets Monitored Over-Night Visit With Kids

Britney was hoping to spend some time with her sons unsupervised, but that did not happen as she is joined by a paretning coach when she is with her kids. Britney requested to have her kids stay with her at overnight visits but her ex-husband Kevin Federline initally denied the request, reports MTV.

However the judge asked them both to work out a compromise. Now Britney will get to have an over-night visit with her boys once-a-week.

The visits will be monitored and Brit had to agree to meet other conditions, as Federline wanted to make sure the kids were "protected". It is unknown what the other conditions are.

Mel C And Kian Egan Talk Trash

Westlife singer Kian Egan has claimed that the Spice Girls are afraid over a chart battle with his band.

New albums from the Spice Girls and Westlife were originally due to be released on November 5, but the Spice Girls have now pushed back their Greatest Hits album one week.

Kian told the Mirror, "We would take great pleasure in beating the Spice Girls - especially Mel C because every time she opens her mouth something mean comes out.”

"As far as we were concerned, we were going up against them and we were up for it. But then they suddenly changed their minds. They're running scared."

Mel C has hit back saying, “I personally don't like Westlife. We've just sold out 17 nights at the 02 centre…we've got nothing to prove!"

The Spice Girls insist that their album was never intended to be released on November 5, reports IOL.

The last time both groups released albums at the same time Westlife outsold the Spice Girls.

Angelina Misses Clooney Premiere

Angelina Jolie reportedly refused to attend the New York premiere of George Clooney's latest film Michael Clayton, because she felt there was no reason why she should be there.

Jolie allegedly does not get on well with the actor, who is best friends with her partner Brad Pitt, because she is worried he could lead Brad astray from his duties as a father.

A source told Life and Style Weekly, "Angie is not particularly close to George, so she didn't see why she had to be there.

"She asked Brad if he minded going alone, but Brad says it wasn't really a question. And it was fine with him. Angie doesn't get along with any of Brad's friends. When they are back in Los Angeles she discourages him from going on boys' nights out."

Jolie and Pitt have three adopted children and one biological daughter together.

Foxy Misses Bus To Court; 3 Times!

Foxy Brown was due in court today but didn't turn up. You'd think it would be easy to make sure Foxy gets to court seeing as she is in prison.

According to TMZ the 'Don Diva' was supposed to get on a bus that came to pick her up so that she could attend the hearing; but Foxy decided not to get on because her hair and makeup weren't done.

A second bus was then arranged but Foxy, real name Inga Marchand, never got on because she was hungry. A third bus was scheduled but Foxy missed that too.

Just pick her up and throw her in the damn bus!

The judge has now set a new hearing date of October 16th and if she chooses not to get on the bus then he would issue an order forcing her to get on.

Also her mother had gone to court so that she could see her outside of prison; but Foxy did not show.

Rodriguez To Spend Christmas In Prison

Michelle Rodriguez was sentenced to 180 days (6 months) in a Los Angeles jail for violating her probation on previous drunken-driving and hit-and-run offences. The actress drank alcohol on at least three occasions while wearing a monitoring bracelet around her ankle, which means she violated her probation as she was not supposed to drink for 90 days.

The former Lost actress also lied about having completed her community service, reports Daily Mail.

Rodriguez, 29, must report to L.A. County jail by December 24, according to TMZ. Just in time for Christmas.

It is reported that she was not happy about the criticism her reality TV show got and could be leaving the US next year.

Things Not Looking Good For Hogan Crash Pal

The prognosis is looking grim for John Graziano, the ex-Marine and friend of Nick Hogan's who was severely injured in their crash.

In a report filed by registered nurse Joanne Jones and first reported by the St. Petersburg Times, she says that Graziano responds only to a pinch and has a gag reflex, but doesn't respond to touch or sound. His pupils are fixed and don't respond to light.

Also John, 22, will "most likely spend the remainder of his life in a nursing home."

The crash happened in August when Nick was driving at a fast speed and lost control of the car. Both men were injured but Nick’s pal John, who served in Iraq, got hurt badly.

Former Footballers Wives actress Susie Amy is to appear in Coronation Street as a love rival to sexy factory owner Carla Connor.

Susie, 26, played the role of Chardonnay Lane-Pascoe in the OTT football drama .

But in Corrie she will take on the of Lindsey, wife Tony Gordon. Carla has taken an interest in Tony after seeing him at the factory.

Susie begins filming next week and will first appear on screen next month. She will be with the soap for three episodes, says the official Corrie site.

Diddy will take legal responsibility for his 6th child. A woman called Sarah Chapman claimed Diddy was the father of her daughter, Chance. Diddy wasn't sure if the baby was his. However DNA evidence proved that Diddy is the daddy.

He told Rush & Molloy, "At first, I wasn't sure if this was my child. Now that it has become clear she is, I will take care of her for the rest of her life."

Milla Mistook Baby Bump For Beer Belly

Milla Jovovich has revealed that she mistook her growing baby bump for a beer belly during the early stages of her pregnancy, reports Digital Spy.

The Resident Evil actress, who is due to give birth any day now, assumed she was putting on weight as a result of drinking too much alcohol.

She said, "It was almost six and a half weeks before I put two and two together, which was funny because my belly was getting big. I had no idea. It looked in the mirror like I'd drunk too many beers."

Corrupt Cop Zain Returns To The Bill

The Bill actor TJ Ramini is reprising his role for as Zain Nadir for a special two-part episode of the ITV police drama, reports Digital Spy.

The 32-year-old played the corrupt cop for just under two years and left in February after being arrested on screen following the shooting of PC Honey Harman (Kim Tiddy). After becoming involved with drugs baron Kristen Shaw (Christine Stephen-Daly), Zain is spending 10 years behind bars for perverting the course of justice.

Zain's former colleage DCI Jack Meadows (Simon Rouse) meets him in prison while investigating another drugs case. Jack is forced to decide whether he can trust Zain to provide inside information.

Of Ramini's return, Executive Producer Johnathan Young said: "Zain has changed since being imprisoned. He's had to in order to survive, but Jack manages to tap into his inner conscience and we start to see a bit of the old Zain coming back."

He added: "The question is - where do his loyalties really lie?"

Ramini now lives in Los Angeles and has made an appearance in Boston Legal.

Omg… how depressing was last week’s episode (Favourite Son)! I know it was meant to be sad because of the story with poor baby William but I was bored out of my mind. I hope things get more interesting and that there is a cliff-hanger that makes we want to tune into the second season. I’ve had enough of the whole ‘I love you, hugs & kisses’ crap. Tonight is the season finale (Matriarchy) and the countdown is on as Justin Walker prepares to go to war.

Brothers & Sisters has won a Golden Globe and back for a second season overseas, but it is not as popular in Europe as it is in the US. I have been checking the ratings and B&S is not in the Top 30 most watched on Channel 4 or Top 10 for E4.

The second season has started in the US, but it currently unknown who will pick up the season here in the UK. I’m not sure if Channel 4 will stick with it…

Big Brother Celebrity Hijack Revealed

Earlier this year Channel 4 decided to axe Celebrity Big Brother following the Shilpa Shetty race scandal. It has been announced that it will be replaced with Big Brother Celebrity Hijack.

Instead of celebrity housemates, the celebs will act as Big Brother.

A spokeswoman said: “Viewers will be able to see the celebrities as they act as the voice of Big Brother In addition, the stars will also help set tasks, make their own rules, and help cause havoc.”

The show will air on E4 in January, reports The Sun.

Ginger & Posh Disagree Over Tour Plans

It is reported that Geri Halliwell and Victoria Beckham are disagreeing over plans for the Spice Girls reunion tour.

Geri suggested that the girls should perform some of their solo hits at the forthcoming concerts, but Victoria is against the idea.

Posh has been backed by Mel B, but Ginger is receiving support from Mel C and Emma Bunton, who would like to perform some solo songs.

An insider told the Sunday Mirror, "Geri is pushing to sing her stuff and she's arguing they have two hours to fill and fans want to hear the solo hits.”

"Victoria is adamant she'll not do it and is digging her heels in…The others are split."

If I was Victoria I would feel the same. The others have had some solo hits but she has had none.

Kylie Minogue says she still dreams of having children but fears she might never walk down the aisle. The 40-year-old also reveals that she is not back together with her ex-fiance; Olivier Martinez.

The Slow singer was worried that her career would be affected when she diagnosed with breast cancer in May 2005.

She told Glamour, "I had just taken my scarf off (the headscarf she wore to conceal her hair loss during cancer treatment) and wanted to reassure myself I could still do what I did before."

Rick is the guy who appeared in the Paris Hilton sex-tape. He has been friends with Pam for 15 years.

X Factor Beats Strictly Come Dancing

It was ITV vs BBC1 last night as the X Factor went up against Strictly Come Dancing. According to early ratings it was the X Factor that came out on top.

The X Factor got 7.5 million viewers, just beating Strictly Come Dancing which managed to attract 7.4 million people.
