Michelle Rodriguez was sentenced to 180 days (6 months) in a Los Angeles jail for violating her probation on previous drunken-driving and hit-and-run offences. The actress drank alcohol on at least three occasions while wearing a monitoring bracelet around her ankle, which means she violated her probation as she was not supposed to drink for 90 days.The former Lost actress also lied about having completed her community service, reports Daily Mail.
Rodriguez, 29, must report to L.A. County jail by December 24, according to TMZ. Just in time for Christmas.
