Lane Garrison has been moved to the California Institute for Men, for 90 days.A hearing will be held on October 31 and it will be determined if Garrison will either be set free on probation or serve more prison time according to TMZ.
Garrison was drunk and driving on the night of December 2, 2006, when he crashed his Range Rover, killing 17-year-old Vahagn Setian. Two teenage girls in the car were seriously injured.
