Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott have welcomed their first child together into the world.Tori, 33, gave birth to Liam Aaron McDermott at a Los Angeles hospital on Tuesday.
The baby's middle name is a tribute to Tori's late father Aaron, the TV producer behind Beverly Hills 90210, Dynasty and Charlie's Angels, who died last June.
McDermott has two children from his relationship with ex-wife Mary-Jo Eustace.
A spokesperson for the couple told People: "They're all really happy and everybody's resting now. Tori and the baby are healthy."
