Kate Moss has been named as the world's best dressed person by Tatler magazine in the UK.The magazine said: "(Kate) looks good in anything she wears – whatever the combination. (She) has an assortment of tastes, like pick 'n' mix, which are always tempting. A true trendsetter."
Kate's ex-boyfriend Jefferson Hack and his supermodel girlfriend Anouck Lepere are joint second on the list.
Actress Sienna Miller is fourth and Jarvis Cocker's stylist wife Camille Bidault-Waddington is fifth.
