Wife gets role on Corrie
The Sun reports that the wife of Coronation Street star Bill Roache- who plays Ken Barlow- has landed a part on the soap.Sara Roache, 55, will play the judge at Tracy Barlow's trial later this year, while viewers will be on the edge of their seat waiting to see if toxic Tracy will get sent down for the murder of Charlie Stubbs.

Three's A Crowd
Coronation Street will feature soap's first bisexual love triangle.Those caught up in the triangle will be Sean, Sonny Michelle. Sonny will admit that he is bisexual.

Following his revelation, Sean seduces the businessman - however, Sonny continues to date girlfriend Michelle.

"It’s a love triangle that’s got disaster written all over it," an insider revealed to The Sun. "Michelle is bound to be shattered when she finds out.""Sonny has never said that he likes boys and girls, and he leaves Michelle and Sean confused about who he fancies the most. There will be tears on the cobbles."

Eastenders Death
Joe Macer is to be killed off by EastEnders producers as the 'Who killed Pauline?' plot takes a new twist.

Joe who is a key suspect in a police investigation of the death of Pauline will meet his maker when he falls through a window following an argument with Jim Branning.

An insider told The Sun: "The whodunnit is set to carry on. Sonia is the main suspect but then Joe dies, throwing confusion into the mix. Did he kill Pauline? Was he killed himself?"

Viewers will be left guessing: was Joe murdered or did he committed suicide?

The Daily Star has revealed a major storyline for Corrie
A massive blast is about to hit Weatherfield. Sean Tully, Vernon Tomlin and Hayley Cropper go missing when the explosion – caused by an old Second World War bomb – rocks the Street, leaving stunned locals fearing the worst.

"Viewers will be left wondering just what’s happened to the three of them," a show insider revealed. "When the cast heard about the plotline and read it in their scripts, a few of them must have feared this was a perfect way to have a major culling of characters and save on the wage bill."

It all begins when Chesney discovers the unexploded bomb using his metal detector. The locals are moved to safety. But when the police inform the residents to get away from the area, Sean, Vernon and Hayley are nowhere to be found.

The source added: "Viewers will be left wondering just what’s happened to the three of them, especially when they hear the deafening blast of the bomb going off."

The explosive episodes go out in March.
